All products are insured for 100% of the purchase price, and shipped via UPS/USPS unless otherwise specified or requested. Should you require faster shipment, or prefer to use a different carrier for your shipping needs, please make note of that upon ordering.
Unfortunately at this time, we cannot ship product to residences inside the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. We apologize for any residents of MA, and hope to remedy this soon.
We take the utmost care in the packaging of your product, for safe arrival at your door. Any order discrepancies, including missing components, must be reported to Vintage O.C. White within five (5) business days of receipt. Should you have any questions about your order, or you wish to contact Vintage O.C. White about an order discrepancy, please do so via sales@vintageocwhite.com.
Should the need arise, to repair or return your Vintage O.C. White product, you first must contact our Returns Department for the issuance of an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number. This number must be clearly written on the package, before return shipment. Failure to do so will not only cause a much longer Return/Repair process, but there is a good chance that it will be refused at our shipping department. To request an RMA number, please email RMA@vintageocwhite.com (please include all applicable customer information and order number). Please note that restocking charges may apply.
