The “Flare” series by O.C. White was the first generation of modern desktop lighting fixtures. It utilizes the same rugged steel spring arm design that O.C. White is known for, as well as being completely counterbalanced… for effortless positioning and control. It is constructed out of a vented 8” aluminum shade with bright white inner liner, to provide good, soft light that can be directed anywhere you point it. It is also available with a snap-in diffuser.
This basic, economical incandescent light has provided good office and bench top lighting for over 50 years. While industries and societies have changed, the quality and styling of O.C. White has outlived them all.
